Use of Client’s Contact Information

The client making the booking certifies that they are aged 18 or over and has the legal capacity to use the website and fulfill legal obligations. The client certifies that all personal data facilitated during the booking process is correct, and accepts financial responsibility for any operation carried out in their name or on their account. The client hereby authorizes CuriosiTours to include all of the personal data supplied in relation to a booking, both their own and that of the persons named in the booking in CuriosiTours’ confidential data base to be employed for future communications, in accordance with the provisions of Law 15/2003 of 18 December 2003 concerning personal data protection. Other services

Curiositours can not be held responsible for the provision of services by the suppliers used in the tours. Curiositours remains exempt from any contractual, extra contractual, or any other kind of liability.

Registration, bookings and payments

Payment must be made for a total of 100% of the total price of services booked at the time of reservation. Bookings will not be considered confirmed until such payment has been made. If payment is not made, the booking will be cancelled automatically, subject to the terms and conditions set out in our cancellations policy. The client must automatically print the relevant document (booking confirmation) once 100% of the payment has been made. An invoice may be requested once the end date of the services booked has passed. Payment may be made by means of credit card. Bookings shall include the services set out in the booking confirmation.

Once the client has made payment for the total cost of the booking as previously indicated, they will automatically receive booking confirmation. This confirmation forms the basis for the booking contract: the client accepts that they are responsible for printing and checking the booking confirmation, verifying that all details contained in the confirmation are correct, since the services booked may only be provided in accordance with the details provided during booking.

Handwritten signature

Due to the special circumstances involved in distance contracts, the client acknowledges the impossibility of signing the payment slip, understood to be the document through which consent for the transaction carried out is normally given. Therefore, the client renounces the signing of such documentation in the case of all electronic transactions generated as a result of an online booking. The person who completes the booking form on the website must be authorized to make the booking on behalf of all group members participating in the trip, and must confirm that all group members accept the booking terms and conditions. Moreover, said person will be responsible for the total cost of the booking, including all fees resulting from cancellations or changes. Likewise, said person will be responsible for informing the other group members of the booking confirmation details and any other pertinent information.

We recommend that suitable travel insurance is purchased before the client arrives at their destination. The client is responsible for verifying that their insurance offers adequate coverage. Insurance should cover items such as cancellation fees, all personal loss, medical costs and the costs of assistance or repatriation in the event of accident or illness.

Cancellation costs

If you have any queries, you may contact CuriosiTours directly by calling +376 66 88 77. In the event client changing or cancelling their booking, fees may be charged. In any case, if a client cancels their booking within the stipulated deadline, no cancellation fees will be applied.

Where no fees are specified in the description of the service in question, the following conditions will apply:
-Between 7 and 2 days before: 50% of total booking price
-Less than 24 hours and no show: 100% of total booking price.

Under no circumstances will a refund be offered for any services booked and voluntarily unused by the client.

Any irregularities or deficiencies detected by the client in the services booked must be reported directly to the service provider in question and during the course of the use and enjoyment of the service. The client must allow sufficient opportunity for the situation to be rectified following its discovery. In the event that the solution provided is not considered satisfactory, the client should contact CuriosiTours in writing, info@curiosi.tours.
